A Bucket With A Hole In It

A religious person who does not know Christ may hear Christ preached and have some measure of joy in what he hears.

He may have some measure of interest in what the Bible has to say.

He may find some assurance and hope in what he knows, but eventually he will be empty because, like a bucket with a hole in it, religion and the flesh is full of holes, and all that is in it will run out.
