Adorning the Gospel
When believers walk in truth and love, when believers adorn their doctrine with grace, generosity, and exemplary lives and behavior, THEY GLORIFY GOD!
Our Lord said, “Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father” (Matthew 5:16).
Good fruit does not make a tree good; the tree itself is first good, and the pleasant fruit is FULL EVIDENCE that the tree is good; even as our fruitfulness does not make us Christ’s disciples but is proof that we are His disciples.
