The Various Denominations Within The Harlot Church System
What is a denomination?
Well, since the word cannot be found within the Holy Bible, I will have to use an outside worldly source to define this word.
From the Webster’s dictionary it is defined as “a religious organization uniting in a single legal and administrative body a number of local congregations.”
In simple laymen terms, a denomination is a group of congregations that are joined together under some governing body. Some examples include: the Methodist Church, the Orthodox Prebyterian Church, the Protestant Reformed Churches, the Presbyterian Churches of America, the Southern Baptist Church, the Roman Catholic Church that submit to the pope in Rome, the Anglican Church of England that submit to the archbishop of Cantebury, the Luthern Church, the Eastern Orthodox Church that submit to the patriarch of Constantinople, etc. [It is interesting to note how that all of these “demonimation” were apostate from their very foundation, or apostasized over time]
There are over one thousand different denominations that now exist.
Denominations are not biblical!
There is absolutely no basis in the Bible for local congregations to be divided up into various bodies. There is not one denomination that can go to the Holy Bible and say, “See that passage? There is our denomination!”
The only authority above the Church body is Christ Jesus who is the head of the body, Colossians 1:18.
Denominations are contrary to what the Holy Bible truly teaches.
They are contrary to the prayer of Jesus to the Father for the unity (BEING ONE IN HIM) among His chosen believers, John 17:20-23.
They are condemned by Christ through Paul in 1 Corinthians 1:10-13 that primarily states that there are to be no divisions amongst the elect saints.
Is Christ’s kingdom divided?
Can a house divided against itself properly stand, Matthew 12:25?
God forbid!
“Every kingdom divided against itself is brought to desolation; and a house divided against a house falleth.”
(Luke 11:17)
Sectarianism is an ultimate sign of carnality, 1 Corinthians 3:3-4.
Jesus died to break down the middle wall of division (partition) between us, Ephesians 2:13-16.
Chosen believers are charged to keep the unity of the Spirit in the bond of peace, Ephesians 4:3.
There is ONE body, and ONE Spirit, even as ye are called in ONE hope of your calling; ONE Lord, ONE faith, ONE baptism, ONE God and Father of all, Ephesians 4:4-6.
That pretty much puts a nail in the coffin of various denominations within Churchianity. They are not of God, but truly from the traditions of men in which Christ condemned these practices of man’s ways many times within the Gospels.
Jesus is LORD!
